There's also SecondSpin for doing this, which can query the CDDB
servers for the track names (although haven't they been taken offline
to make up some proprietry CDDB2?).
Sound quality and performance might vary, depending on your CD drive.
When I tried it, the best I could get was SecondSpin to partially
record the tracks (MakeCD wouldn't even start), with really bad jumps
and pops. That was a 16x LG drive.
